Client Servicing
What You’ll Do
You will be an ‘Client Servicing Manager’ for the client management and shall report to your Functional Lead.
Your responsibilities include using new age media to augment communications to amplify the client’s brand.
You are expected to have a creative bend of mind, such that you can conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns, events and initiatives.
A considerable amount of work is expected to be done with Brand and Design Teams; hence you’ll be exposed to running end-to-end brand campaigns.
A critical attribute of yours would be to multi-task, resolve issues and operate in a fast-paced environment. You must be a go-getter, self-starter, articulate and detail-oriented and must be comfortable to engage with both external and internal stakeholders across all levels.
You Have To Be Good At
- Monitor current team tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and complete necessary tasks
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Support digital marketing campaigns- social media and websites
- Effectively and creatively showcase the impact and return on investment of the marketing activities using dashboards, data analysis and automation tools
- Support the development and execution of marketing communications collateral for various distribution channels – reports, articles, videos etc. of the clients
